Position Overview
Assists the estimating/transportation/HMA departments with the preparation of bids, purchase orders, contracts, and trucking.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare bid documents for several local, state, and commercial customers.
Assists the estimation department with the preparation of bid documents including the requisition of bids & insurance certificates.
Introduction of all various software’s (Proactis, Viewpoint, CA, HCSS, BX, Dodge, Pipeline, etc.)
