Natividad is accepting applications for Staff Nurse I in various units. The Staff Nurse I is typically a re-entry nurse or a Skilled Nursing Facility nurse. Under the supervision of the Supervising/Charge Nurse, this incumbent performs professional nursing duties in the care and service of patients and their families; provides direct and indirect patient care in the inpatient care setting. Provides care that reflects initiative, flexibility and responsibility in a professional and timely manner. Communicates with physician or charge nurse about changes in patient status, and results of abnormal diagnostic tests. The Staff Nurse I is expected to work at the full scope of their licensure providing clinical care with a deceasing amount of supervision.
