The position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (RCFO), Office of Funds Administration, Federal Railroad Administration (FRA). The Staff is responsible for the budgetary execution processes for FRA in accordance with policy established by the FRA Office of Budget, the Office of the Secretary (OST), and Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
