Democratic Senator seeks a Correspondence Manager to manage the life cycle of all incoming constituent mail and manages the office’s Constituent Services System (CSS) program. This position will work closely with the office’s legislative correspondents, legislative aides and management to handle incoming mail and help draft new letters and update existing letters as needed. They will produce various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on the mail volume and top letter issues for the Senator and appropriate staff. Attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a team environment and able to handle multiple tasks is required.
