The Supervisor of Food and Nutrition Services, with assistance from the Director of Guest Services and Registered Dietitian, plans, organizes and directs the operation of the Food and Nutrition Services Department’s daily functions. It is the role of this employee to supervise co-worker’s work behaviors and competencies with the goal of improving adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines, along with all other day to day operations of the Department in order to provide exceptional quality of food and service to Phelps Memorial Health Center (PMHC) customers and patients. Compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable federal, state and local laws as well as PMHC policies is a condition of employment.
