Tool and Die Makers Sidney

Assure dies are properly repaired and maintained as required to support production and that tool room resources follow priority requirements
Provide responsive tooling and set-up support and problem solving to production departments. Coordinate with tool engineers to assure new dies are ready for production.
Supervise, train and mentor tool & die makers including following and enforcing policies, work rules, etc. Perform evaluation of employee performance as required.
Oversee those that have enrolled in the T&D Apprenticeship program.
Assure tool room systems function properly and that necessary tool room equipment is available, organized and maintained.
