(A) Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

(B) Must be able to clearly communicate with warranty manufacturers and/or their technical support teams.

(C) Must be able to clearly communicate with the customers and/or their support teams of issues found along with the corrective actions required.

(D) Complete paperwork daily for each customer serviced that day including collecting service fees due at the end of each job if needed.

(E) Work independently on each service call while providing the customers the best service experience.
