First-Line Supervisor Newark

To lead and execute activities for a production team at the DuPont Newark Site. Lead and develop a staff of up to 15 non-exempt employees to run daily production on your team in a safe and environmentally- sound manner; supporting Process Safety Management (PSM), cost, yield, utility, production capability OEE/TEEP, statistical process control, and Lean/Six Sigma objectives.
