Director Fixed Income Honolulu

Under the direction of the Investment Management Services (IMS) Manager and Chief Investment Officer (CIO), this position is responsible for the management, supervision and direction of all fixed income/investment activities and performance related to
portfolios dedicated to institutional and individual clients, and assists in the determination and coordination of the strategic planning including budget and financial forecasts. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the Fixed Income Department supports the organization’s sales efforts as well as provides excellent internal and external client service. Ensures business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.
