Brief Summary of Job Description
The Facilities Planning and Management Department is seeking applications for a full-time, first shift, Custodian to provide daily cleaning services to the areas of student housing, academic buildings and sport facilities.
Job Duties
Clean all windows, doors, frames, and walls utilizing industrial cleaners and additional cleaning equipment. Clean athletic areas including bleachers, gym floor and walkways. Clean bathrooms and water fountains including use of industrial cleaners, restocking supplies, mopping/cleaning floors, mirrors, toilets, and stalls, and removing trash. Clean classrooms, offices, and conference rooms utilizing industrial cleaners and additional equipment. Clean stairs, rails, and landings utilizing dust mops, wet mops, backpack or floor vacuum, and other cleaning equipment.
