The Associate Research II will work with the PI and researchers to run on-going projects and will be responsible for coordinating systems and processes to ensure the lab space runs as efficiently as possible. S/he will be also responsible for managing a biospecimens and animal colony including maintaining high standards for sample tracking, quality control, and documentation. S/he will be also responsible for inventory and lab safety. The Associate Research II will be also responsible for managing the ordering system and placing orders for each of the research groups as per their request, as well as being independent on ordering and managing the stocks of shared and routinely used supplies
