Why does the job exist?
The purpose of the position is to provide professional investigative work and civil enforcement of violations of the Insurance Code, rules and regulations. Investigates civil complaints and inquiries for possible infractions which are received by the agency, the public, insurance industry, NAIC, and other state agencies.
