Qualifications:
Successful completion of approved LNA training which fulfills Medicare and State regulation;
Minimum of one year experience of active employment as LNA with experience in hospice care is necessary;
Current registration by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing and evidence of twelve (12) hours of nursing related in-service education annually;
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
