School Food Service Head Chef Wolcott
- Location: Wolcott, Vermont, United States
The responsibilities of this position include the preparation and serving of food to students during breakfast and lunch; clean and sterilize utensils, machines, and other equipment used during food preparation; ensure that students are served appropriate portion sizes, and store and handle food in safe ways. Other tasks include using Mealtime software and point of sales system, purchasing, inventory, menu creation/consultation, money collection/deposits in accordance with established practices. The position is for 7 hours per day for all school days. Paid holidays and additional training/preparation days are added to this position.
