Pastry Chef is responsible for entire desert menu production and quality control. Pastry Chef is also responsible for maintaining desert food cost and creating desert specials. Pastry Chef reports directly to Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine. This position requires 20-40 hours a week/work week.
