Prepare food for three seating’s of patients at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, based on two work shifts.
Maintain all kitchen equipment and appliances in a clean orderly manner.
Maintain adequate inventories of food and supplies and rotate and check the stock for damage control and dated materials.
