The Hennepin County Environment and Energy Department is seeking a Food Rescue Research Planning Analyst to work on a team project focused on identifying gaps and opportunities to food rescue in Hennepin County. The position will assist in planning, project management, research, stakeholder and community outreach and engagement, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. This work is part of the county’s focus on food waste prevention and disparities reduction and equity. The project is expected to be completed by July 2022.
