Entregar los pedidos de alimentos de la cocina a las mesas de los clientes de forma rápida y precisa.
Actuar como un punto de contacto entre el personal que atiende a nuestros huéspedes y el personal que prepara sus alimentos.
Comunicar los pedidos de alimentos a los cocineros, prestando especial atención a prioridades y solicitudes especiales (por ejemplo, alergias alimentarias).
Ayudar al personal de espera a poner la mesa recogiendo y remplazando la vajilla, los utensilios para comer y las servilletas apropiados.
Asegurarse de que los alimentos se sirvan de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad (p. Ej., Temperatura adecuada).
Vigilar que los clientes estén bien atendidos y si es necesario tomar pedidos adicionales o rellenar sus vasos de agua, según sea necesario.
Retirar los platos y utensilios sucios.
Deberá responder las preguntas de los huéspedes sobre ingredientes y elementos del menú.
Informará al personal del restaurante sobre los comentarios o solicitudes de los clientes (por ejemplo, cuando solicitan uno solicite su cuenta).
