Oracle PL/SQL Developer
The role of the PL/SQL developer includes, but is not limited to: (1)Works closely with business process users to gather, align, and translate business requirements, metrics and data definitions across division departments to provide reports, dashboard, and application enhancements and updates (2) Build and/or facilitate the creation of database views (3) Administer data replication software for Oracle and SQL data warehouses (4) Analyze underlying data for potential discrepancies, investigate errors, and perform data cleanup (5) Creates and documents easily repeatable processes (6) Supports receiving warehousing applications, legacy finance, and MES applications (7) Works closely with enterprise technology teams to integrate data between local and enterprise level databases/data lakes (8) Works closely with DBA and the infrastructure team (9) Creates specifications and facilitate tasks with offshore development team (10) Ability to support tools after hours, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
