This is for someone who wants to feel challenged, supported, and appreciated. Assure Painting is a tight crew of hard workers in a positive environment, and we genuinely like working here. There's lots of room for growth, but you'll start out with prep work and learning our routines for different jobsites (interior/exterior, commercial/residential). We need someone who can prep surfaces, replicate sequences of tasks (like loading the work rig and recording safety checks), and who readily spots opportunities to pitch in and keep things moving.
