Responsibilities:
Prioritizes and schedules outstanding work requests.
Examines plans for proposed work, estimates and prepare orders for materials required.
Manage the inventory of material on hand. Identify and requisition additional material, as it is needed.
Repairs and / or installs door hardware and locks.
Bore and core doors for the installation of locking systems hardware; maintain locking systems by repairing, pinning and replacing cylinders as needed.
