Prepares applicable residential evaluations in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices.
Completes Income Producing Property Worksheets (IPPW).
Evaluates and monitors incoming requests and assign to the proper individual for completion.
Maintains department pipeline and prepares weekly progress reports.
