Passport office jobs Coral Gables
- Location: Coral Gables, Florida, United States
This position performs advanced and technical clerical support for the department. The worker is responsible for all office functions including but not limited to document drafting, inputting, and organization documents in case management software, answering phones, responding to routine inquiries, and maintaining records. Work requires extensive public contact with passport applicants, the general public, and other City departments. Work is assigned and reviewed under the general guidance of a supervisor.
