However, an eligibility list will be established or supplemented for filling future vacancies, including vacancies in other departments, per provisions of the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement. The Office Clerk, an entry-level classification is responsible for general office procedures, providing data entry, record keeping and/or entry-level clerical support to a work section.
