Interest in Electronics / Technology.
Mechanical Aptitude.
Prior work in related industry is preferred but this requirement may be waived in circumstances, i.e. has relative work experience or abilities.
Will not be eligible to take E-Tech I Graduation Exam if the employee has received a write-up in previous six months.
Must pass E-Tech I Graduation Exam with an 85% or better to be promoted from E-Tech in Training.
