The Security Officer provides security at various buildings and City properties to prevent crime, serve the city, and protects its citizens and occupants.
Essential Functions
1 Patrols inside and outside of buildings and other city properties to ensure enforcement of city ordinance, state laws, and regulations; performs security duties in and around City property and assists in controlling disturbances on City property, takes necessary action to prevent injury to persons and loss of property, and reports all circumstances to immediate supervisor
