The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the HR Office Administrator and is the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients to the company. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting employees, visitors, and clients as well as providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
A successful candidate must be bilingual, able to multi-task, willing to work overtime, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. As a key support member of a rapidly growing company, the Receptionist HR Administrative Assistant must be flexible in their approach to work and be comfortable with taking on new challenges
