Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Take and record vital signs accurately - Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse - Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients - Follow proper procedures for lifting and transferring patients - Document patient information and care provided in medical records - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
