The main purpose of this full-time position will be to work with the staff of the Adult Evaluation and Review Services division (AERS) and coordinate cases, as needed to maintain the flow of referrals within the department. This position will evaluate/interview all program eligible patients by utilizing the InterRAI subset to perform Nurse Monitoring/Quality Assurance of the health and safety of the patient, as deemed by the CFC/COW Regulations.
