The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position exists to provide skilled nursing care and implement treatment programs and support services to clients of the Minnesota Specialty Health System (MSHS) in Wadena.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide direct care under the direction of lead worker.
Provide training, treatment, support, vocational readiness and leisure activities within a residential treatment model. This model provides behavioral health services to individuals that require medical monitoring.
