The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a Code Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a part of the Community Resource Unit, Code Enforcement Officers use a collaborative approach to resolve reports of possible ordinance violations. Our team values strong customer service skills as we work with community members to assist them with identifying barriers to bringing properties into compliance. We believe every employee at the Sheriff’s Office plays a critical role in public safety and service to the community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be service oriented, and be willing to work in a team environment. We are a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
