POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Manager shall function as the main human resources representative at the farm level. Because this is a farm level position, the HR manager may be required to fulfill other roles on the farm should his or help be needed by the Complex Manager. It is the duty of the farm level manager to communicate to the Corporate HR and the office level human resources staff any problems that have arisen at the farm. He or she must take a proactive role in eliminating any potential problems from erupting.
