- Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Scheduling. Locate and identify providers within the Third-Party Administrator's (TPA) network or through Veterans Care Agreements (VCAs). Schedule appointments with non-VA providers in the TPAs network or the VCAs. This requires a high degree of telephone contact with veterans and non-VA providers and follow up communication by email and regular mail to make sure veteran's preferences are incorporated into the scheduling process
