The Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Career and Professional Development Services and works closely with the CPDS staff team and other campus/off-campus partners to ensure excellent customer service and support for students and prospective employers. A multi-faceted utility player, the coordinator organizes campus workshops and employer events, manages Handshake - supporting both students and employers with job posting and engagement, supervises undergraduate student workers, provides front-line support for students, and handles administrative functions for the department (student payroll, scheduling, marketing, and logistics). The Coordinator collaborates with various campus departments and vendors to use resources effectively and efficiently for all CPDS activities.
