Care manager (local government: social services) Woonsocket

Research and analyze employment and wage data, determine issues involved, summarize the facts and submit them electronically to our TPA (Third Party Administrator) in the required format.
Review and verify the accuracy of state agency decisions and work with Manager to determine advisability of appealing adverse determinations.
Write appeals or rebuttals when determinations are contrary to state law and pursue beyond the first review level.
Act as liaison between the Unemployment Team, CVS Health personnel and our Third Party Administrator.
