Dinse P.C., a full service commercial law firm in Burlington, Vermont, is accepting applications for an entry-level associate to join the firm’s business practice group. The individual hired for this position will work closely with several partners in the firm’s business group (in counseling clients on a variety of corporate, tax, nonprofit, real estate, contracting, licensing, and other business matters) and will have significant responsibility for drafting contracts, structuring transactions, and counseling clients. Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and a genuine interest in business law. Experience/education in intellectual property or tax a plus. Non-legal experience in business or tax work and demonstrated client relations skills a plus.
