Charge Psychiatric Nursing Assistant - Multiple Units Available
Western State Hospital is seeking internal applicants for a Charge PNA to provide work direction to PNAs. Interacting with patients, complying with hospital safety rules and following accreditation standards. Includes teaching and role models therapeutic interactions based on recovery/trauma informed care principles. Serves as the liaison between PNAs and Charge RN. Charge PNA positions are available on multiple units and shifts:
1 Elm 1st shift
1 Hickory 2nd and 3rd shift
1 Oak 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
2 Elm 2nd and 3rd shift
2 Oak 2nd shift
2 Pine 1st shift
