Laborer Concordia

We are offering a $250 sign-on bonus for all new hires that stay through 90-days. We also offer a referral bonus if you indicate on your application that you were referred to work here by one of our active TMs from this location. To be eligible, you and the person that referred you must be in active status at the end of 90 days of employment.
Starting pay for this position is $13.20 per hour with an attendance incentive of an additional $.50 per hour if you work all your scheduled work hours in the work week. We also offer $.35 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift team members.
