Standard Jobs Coordinator
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Standard Jobs Coordinator who is responsible for creating and maintaining standard jobs using Caterpillar and Ziegler specific software tools. A standard job consists of a list of parts and labor hours necessary to complete specific maintenance or repairs. Standard jobs are used in repair quotes to customers, contract pricing, life-cycle cost projections and to drive service efficiency. The ideal candidate must be detail orientated, enjoy working independently and be proficient with excel. This position requires communication with the service and sales department to develop accurate and realistic pricing for standard jobs. A person in this role will be exposed to the full breadth of our equipment product line across all industries.
Responsibilities:
Maintains and organizes all built standard jobs which are used by the sales and service departments when quoting repair costs to customers as well as being used in total maintenance and repair contract pricing and machine life cycle costs
