Sweep, clean
Maintain Lobbies/Storage Areas
Wash any window areas daily
Keep directories and mailboxes clean; (i.e. dispose of ads, newspapers, etc.)
Spot clean entry carpet as required
Storage locker rooms need to be kept clean; swept and mopped as needed
Exits
Keep any handrails polished and clean
Sweep or mop as required
Maintain Laundry
Check dryers for lint and wipe down all machines daily
Sweep floors and mop with neutral cleaner or dish soap only
Empty trash containers
Clean the washtubs
Insure that any water leak is report to the office
Clean the window, screen, and sills as needed
Maintain Hallways/Office
Vacuum as often as necessary to maintain a clean condition, but no less than twice a week
Spot clean hall carpet or flooring as required
Remove marks on the walls if possible
Polish wood areas with Wood Doctor (i.e. Liquid Gold) and/or Old English type of product
Clean the light fixture covers and globes
Vacuum office and empty trash in office as needed
Stairways & Landings
Vacuum stairs (as often as 3x a week if necessary, for clean and tidy areas)
