Office Manager of Event Support & Material Movement
Job Summary/Basic Function
The Office Manager for Event Support and Material Movement is responsible for supporting all staff in executing event and moving projects for the University. The position reports to the Associate Director of ESMM and assists with daily office operations including running reports, reviewing emails, disseminating updates for jobs/work orders, updating work orders, printing event layouts, preparing for upcoming work orders, answering the phone lines, setting up meetings, corresponding with customers, making purchases, all HR paperwork coordination, and record keeping.
