Manager, Art Gallery
Assist with preparation of exhibit agreements and communicate with exhibiting artists
Ensure coverage for all published gallery hours as well as selected Performance Hall events
Maintain art gallery exhibit space
Prepare art gallery for exhibitions, including installation of artwork
Coordinate bulk mailings and electronic marketing to promote exhibits
Event coordination such as obtaining food/drink for opening receptions and arranging for set up and clean up
Schedule and supervise part-time and student art gallery staff, if necessary
Other duties as assigned
