NEW ORLEANS, LA (OPEN TO ALL US CANDIDATES)-Incredible down-to-earth parents seeks a FULL-TIME NANNY to help care for their 4- and 2-year-old boys and twins on the way (due January 2022). Hours are from 12:30pm-7:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from 7:30am-6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday plus flexibility for some weekends, overnights on occasion and occasional travel. Schedule will be 7:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday once the twins arrive in the new year. They are open to helping with relocation for the right candidate, but position is LIVE OUT ONLY. Housing is not provided. The eldest is in school from 8am-3pm Monday-Friday and the 3-year-old is in school from 8am-3pm three days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). They attend two different schools. Nanny will be responsible to school drop off and pick up. Family car is provided or mileage reimbursement. Duties include helping around the house while the boys are in school with things such laundry for the children (wash, fold, put away), meal prep (which includes cooking at times), keeping the children's rooms and play/living areas clean and tidy including the kitchen and family room, making sure all food/snacks and supplies (diapers, etc.) are stocked and shop or order if needed, and pick up and drop off from school on occasion. There will be occasional overnights when parents travel and ability to travel with the family if needed (also on occasion, not often). They seek a nanny who is warm, communicative and attentive to the children. Someone who is a hard worker and is able manage the household needs as well as play and keep the children occupied. We would love someone who has experience or training caring for multiples. The twins will have a baby nurse for the first several weeks of their lives. Due to the nature of mom’s profession, their schedule and workload varies. Thus, they seek a nanny who is comfortable with parents working from home at times and is able to step in on to handle what's needed around the house if they’re with the kids; someone who can be a mother's helper in those situations. They have a small Pomeranian. Must love dogs! Pay is $25/hour (or commensurate with experience). Benefits include paid sick days, holidays and vacation. Start date is as soon as September and as late as November. Flexible for the right candidate.
