Under the general direction of the Director of Community Outreach and External Affairs, or approved designee, and in accordance with established procedures, the In-House Coordinator (IHC) is responsible for promoting and facilitating organ, tissue and eye donation throughout the hospital(s) and support the department as needed. By conducting on-going marketing research, the IHC will build a knowledge base of the hospital’s donor potential, people, functions and processes.
