Position Summary
Monitors incoming materials at solid waste centers for the safe acceptance and disposal of the incoming
items at assigned solid waste centers or landfill. This position, under direct supervision, is responsible for
performing manual labor and ensuring safety procedures are followed at solid waste centers or landfill to
process waste related materials, including accepting and processing household hazardous wastes.
Position will operate light equipment such as skid-steer loaders, backhoes and riding mowers. Position is
direct facing for customer service.
