POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Licensure/Certification/Registrations: None
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1-3 years of direct health customer service or retail experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Excellent organization and customer service skills. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as a member of a team. Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and prioritize and schedule accordingly. Ability to present self in a personable and professional manner. Must be able to successfully and effectively communicate with a variety of personnel. Ability to deal with diverse and confidential information with discretion and good judgment. Proven analytical, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills. Gather, analyze and synthesize information and data from multiple sources. Ability to intake multiple pieces of information from multiple sources, prioritize and summarize in a clear, concise and accurate manner to all appropriate stakeholders. General computer skills including Microsoft Office.
