Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Cortez Training Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following:
Under limited supervision, perform a variety of administrative duties, requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Utilize peers and direct supervisor for a moderate amount of guidance.
Serve as a liaison between leadership and employees, schedule appointments, meetings, event planning and coordination as necessary.
