We are looking for a Newborn Hearing Screener to join our team of devoted caregivers. Within this role, you will perform hearing screening on all newborns and infants prior to their discharge. Caregivers in this position should be outgoing, personable, and comfortable with babies. Your primary duties will include:
Performing pre-testing procedures including safe transport of newborns.
Calming and comforting the baby while tests are being performed.
Communicating the results of screenings and follow ups to the patient’s family if needed.
