Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist
The AP/AR Specialist is responsible for processing monthly customer billing, daily recording of all vendor invoices and payments in Quickbooks, processing weekly independent contractor settlements, balancing and recording company credit card expenses, managing accounting inbox and resolving any AP/AR discrepancies, tackling ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
