As a Customer Service and Sales support representative you’ll act as the central hub to our “front of house,” using phone/chat/email as well as a customer relationship management tool (CRM,) and digital shipping software. We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday, while prioritizing the most important tasks on your list. You’ll like a varied work environment, moving between a desk and warehouse over the course of each day. You’ll be responsible for providing support to numerous individuals includes outside sales reps, consumers, and internal departments.
